Feierabend Consulting provides AI-powered trading infrastructure operating on cryptocurrency markets. The platform facilitates automated trading strategies on behalf of clients. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

5. Risk Disclosure

Trading in cryptocurrency markets involves significant risk. The value of your portfolio may fluctuate. You should only allocate capital you can afford to lose. We do not provide investment advice. All trading decisions are executed by automated systems based on algorithmic parameters.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits are processed upon blockchain confirmation or bank transfer verification. Withdrawal requests are subject to security verification and may take 1-3 business days. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply as displayed on the platform.

7. Fees

Fee structures are displayed on the platform and may be updated with 30 days notice. No hidden fees apply. All applicable fees are disclosed before transaction confirmation.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, algorithms, designs, and technology are the exclusive property of Feierabend Consulting. Unauthorized reproduction or reverse engineering is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feierabend Consulting shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the registered jurisdiction.
