Feierabend Consulting ("we", "us") is responsible for processing your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • Contact data: email address, phone number, postal address
  • Financial data: wallet addresses, transaction history, bank details for withdrawals
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, login timestamps
  • Usage data: platform interactions, feature usage, session duration

3. Purpose of Processing

Your data is processed for: account creation and management, transaction processing and settlement, compliance with legal obligations (AML/KYC), platform security and fraud prevention, and communication regarding your account.

4. Legal Basis

We process your data based on: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), and legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) including platform security and fraud prevention.

5. Data Retention

Personal data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship plus 10 years for regulatory compliance. Technical logs are retained for 90 days. You may request deletion of non-essential data at any time.

6. Data Security

We implement 256-bit AES encryption, multi-party computation for sensitive data, TLS 1.3 for all communications, and regular security audits. Access is restricted on a need-to-know basis with multi-factor authentication.

7. Your Rights

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. No third-party tracking cookies are used. Analytics data is processed anonymously.
